You must rock this year
January is almost over and you have started to work on your 2016 resolutions, isn’t it?
As I know that having a flawless and more radiant skin is always on top of your resolutions list, I promise that you will get much more insights this year about the French beauty routine. Just keep an eye on our Journal section.
Beauty is an art de vivre (“art of living”) for French women. It is all about choosing the best for you and understanding that you are entitled of having a beauty routine that makes you look and feel Beautiful and Happy at the same time.
No matter if you have a dry, combination, oil or normal skin type, the cleansing-toning-hydrating process on each morning and evening is a must for a youthful - looking skin and must be adapted as per each season of the year.
In the winter season, we need to increase our attention on the skincare as our skin is more sensitive, becomes drier and will immediately give us an uncomfortable feeling.
Here are some recommendations for a glowing skin on winter:
Moisturize intensively - Add to your beauty routine a moisturizing serum, that you apply it before the cream. It will help you to have a beautiful and bright skin despite the cold and dry air. Plus, don’t forget about drinking enough water, as the hydration should come from the outside but from the inside too.
Cleans regularly: Cleans your skin daily in order to eliminate all the dirt and died cells. This way you are sure that your skin is always healthy and fresh.
Use special eye product creams: Around your eyes, use special products only. The skin around your eyes is the first that wrinkles. You have a very sensitive and fragile skin under your eyes, therefore please do pay special attention on it.
Enjoy a red wine glass at dinner: a glass of red wine at dinner is good not only for your health, but for your skin too. Red wine, particularly organic red wine, contains antioxidants like flavonoid, resveratrol and tannin that are very good for the skin, by protecting and preventing it from ageing. Cheers!
Stay healthy and do sport: Try to eat good, real, natural food and have a balanced diet routine, with focus on veggies, fruits and fish. You need lot of vitamins and fatty acids for the cold weather outside. And, don’t forget about sport. It will boost your metabolism, give a healthier skin and release the happiness endorphins. Stay healthy, be happy!
