8 surprising lifestyle habits that help you to keep wrinkles away!

Better safe than sorry! You should apply this saying to your skin care routine.

You already know the regular good habits that provide you a better look - like sleeping enough, drinking a lot of water and correctly caring your complexion. But there are more things you should start doing daily in order to stay away from the aging signs, you probably never thought about.

Sleep on your back! 

Certain sleeping positions create those “sleep wrinkles” on your face – annoying fine lines which don’t disappear from your skin when you wake up. For example, sleeping on a side creates wrinkles on your cheeks and chin, while sleeping face down creates wrinkles on your forehead. That’s why sleeping on your back is the best thing to do for your skin. You’ll avoid any wrinkles attack on your complexion.

Eat fish!

Especially salmon. This fish is an excellent source of proteins, essential elements for a healthy skin, and Omega 3 fat acids which nourish and moisturize the skin, keeping it firm, healthy and young for a long time. That’s a good way to avoid wrinkles and fine lines from showing up.
