4 must do tips for your night skin care routine!

Hi sleeping beauty,

If you want to wake up a beautiful princess in the morning, you need to treat yourself like the queen of the night before going to sleep. The night is that moment when the skin care routine becomes a must if you want to have a fresh look for the next day and for the next years, because night is about cellular renewal. Prepare your complexion for the sleeping hours, following some simple but very precious rules which will keep it shining.

1. Wash your face with water and soap

Even if you remove your make-up with a delicate make-up remover lotion or with micellar water, you won’t get that perfectly cleaned, oil-free complexion until you wash you face with water and soap.  But be careful what soap you use because it can easily make your skin feel dry. Choose an organic soap made of natural ingredients, or one recommended by a dermatologist.

2. Use a towel to exfoliate the skin

Not like you use it usually, but use every day a new towel just to clean your face. The towel is an easy tool to exfoliate your skin. After you wash your face, rub your skin softly with a towel in order to remove all the dead cells and allow the new ones to come out and create a smooth, light complexion.

3. Close up the skin pores

After you have cleaned and exfoliated the dead cells from all over your face, proceed to close up the pores using thermal water. This is the best way you can do it, especially if you have sensitive skin. The thermal water also fades irritation and dermatitis.

4. Moisturize

As you already know, moisturizer is the best way you can keep your skin young and fresh. A dehydrated complexion can have so many problems, from acne to exfoliation, irritations, and anesthetic allergies. That’s why you need to keep the hydration level up. Every night, before you go to bed, massage your face in circular motions with a hydrating cream. This type of massage helps to prevent the fine lines and wrinkles, boosts circulation and the cream ingredients give a touch of light to your complexion.

And you if you really want all the steps above to work, try to sleep face up in order to avoid those unaesthetic pillow prints to show up in the morning.

Sleep well and wake up beautiful!

With love,

Adele
